Rigid circuit keyboards are made with a fiberglass support (FR4) of varying thicknesses, with tin or nickel/gold contacts. Special fixings, such as pins and inserts suitable for direct mounting on the PCB, can be applied. Additionally, a wide variety of electronic components can be soldered directly onto the board, with standard or customized connectors.
